My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are spacious with really comfy beds, and I loved having my own private outdoor tub to relax in Merida's heat. The AC worked perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is superb, within walking distance to Plaza Grande and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. However, it can get a bit noisy due to its position on a busy street. The dining experience was a bit basic, but the historical charm and affordable price make this hotel a great value for money choice.
